ONE United FC Philosophy ONE United Futbol Club is proud to be an Ohio North East based soccer organization committed to providing a highly qualified, competitive and challenging soccer development program for our youth. We are United as ONE family to create a fun, unforgettable educational soccer experience for everyone involved. The rewards associated with the sport of soccer are fundamental to our purpose. It is for this reason that we aspire to instill within our players the enduring values of character, teamwork, and passion. Our programs strive to teach kids the technical, tactical, physical and psychological components of the game, which will remain with them for a lifetime. We endeavor to mentor players into leaders so that they become winners both on and off the field. ONE United is a competitive soccer club and as such, we provide our players with the tools needed to compete at their very best, in the pursuit of victory but NEVER at the expense of good sportsmanship. Among our goals is to produce successful players who will endlessly and proudly represent our organization at the local, regional and national levels. Additionally, we aspire to be regarded as one of Ohio's top soccer clubs and to continuously have a positive impact on our children and on our community throughout the sport. Our programs are designed using unlimited consideration for age-appropriate cognitive, psychomotor and psychosocial development of young players. The training environments for our younger teams, compared to our older teams, while structured accordingly, continue to adhere strictly within the ONE United philosophy. Coaches are first and foremost role models and teachers. Good coaching is not about producing winning teams; it is about taking a moment out of every day and before each practice or game to consider the following: "Is what we are planning to do today in the best interest of the kids?" ONE United was assembled in order to build upon the already amazing potential that we witness among our youngsters each and every day. "All for ONE, ONE for All" ONE UNITED! ONE UNITED FC ONE United FC is a new club that was developed by parents in early 2011 with one purpose and one purpose only. ONE United FC was not formed to train great teams. ONE United FC was formed to train kids to become great players and leaders for great teams. ONE United FC will focus on one thing and one thing only.
